  • Two- hour long mind-body healing sessions using Somatic Experiencing and Craniosacral Therapy. These sessions will enable you to fully experience the release, groundedness, and balance that comes from the mind-body approach.

  • Specific tools and techniques to constantly achieve emotional balance.
